After taking over the family business in 2015, Fred Chandler brought over 10 years of experience in the commercial, industrial, and residential construction marketing, media, and data analytics industry to his role as President. As CEO, Fred’s most important focus is on building high-performing teams and fostering an unbreakable culture throughout the organization. In addition to providing strategic direction, Fred is deeply involved in client relations and leads business development efforts, ensuring the continued success and growth of Mid Atlantic Contracting.
